Artist Statement
Watercolor has been one of the most enriching and beautiful experiences of my life, allowing me to uncover and nurture a hidden talent I never knew I had. It holds a special place in my heart, as it gives me the opportunity to pour my emotions into every piece I create. The techniques involved—learning to balance water and pigment, blending colors in the most natural way, and embracing the fluidity of the medium—result in stunning works of art, even when the outcome isn’t perfect. Over time, through consistent practice, I’ve seen how my skills have grown, and I’ve learned to appreciate the beauty in imperfection. Landscapes are my favorite subject to paint because they capture the breathtaking essence of nature. I’m still on this journey of learning, and I know that practice will be my greatest ally in the years to come. With each brushstroke, I aim to refine my technique and deepen my connection with this exquisite medium.
